Verizon recalling over 2.5 Million Mobile Hotspots over Fire Risk

Well this is kinda risky. Verizon is recalling over 2.5 million mobile hotspots.

The 4G devices have a lithium battery that could overheat and cause a fire or burns. At least 15 people have reported their devices overheating and two people actually got burned. It was minor.

The recall is for the Ellipsis Jetpack Mobile Hotspots which were sold in stores and used in schools.

If you have one, you can contact Verizon for a replacement device.
