Uncle Murda and Tony Yayo's debate over who's the better artist between Fabolous and Lloyd Banks has garnered a lot of attention. It even sparked a response from 50 Cent.

On Thursday morning, January 29, the G-Unit rappers stopped by The Breakfast Club to promote their new podcast, The Real Report. Midway through their discussion, Charlamagne asked if Fabolous or Lloyd Banks is the better artist. While the hosts chose Fab, Tony Yayo was adamant that Banks is the better artist.

"I'm going with Banks and I'm going to tell you why," Yayo said. "Banks about to go on tour right now out the country. Who else is going on tour?"

Charlamagne and Envy acknowledged Banks' skills on the mic, but they argued that Fab's catalog was better. Despite their pushback, Yayo wouldn't budge and declared Banks the superior MC. The debate made the rounds online and eventually reached G-Unit's founder, 50 Cent, who posted and deleted his thoughts on the subject.

"Fab vs. Banks 👀" Fif began. "They both write better when it's about girls, they both think they are better than everybody. They both never put in no work them selves. They both are not likely to sell at this point in their career IT's A TIE LADIES & GENTLEMAN 🤷🏽‍♂️ they are the same."

Speaking of 50, Uncle Murda and Tony Yayo also revealed they think their longtime friend is a good boss. The two artists, who've been signed to G-Unit for over a decade, said 50 Cent is a lot more involved with his artists than other label heads.

"I feel like 50 he gets involved with you," Murda explained. "He actually wants to make you win. I feel like when I was with Jay[-Z-] it was more like, you know, do you thing and if some shit happens then I'll come salute you. Forever thankful for the opportunity but with Fif it was like... I remember the first day I was in the office when I did the deal with Fif. He just came up to me and was like 'Yo, you got a house?' I said, 'Nah.' I wasn't even thinking about a house at this time. He said, 'Aight we gonna get you one' and just walked away."
