DaBaby has a message for DaniLeigh's brother Brandon Bills amid their ongoing legal battle.

The North Carolina native called out his ex-girlfriend's brother in a new song he dropped on Friday, August 23 called "Lawsuit On A Wednesday." On the track produced by KayoTheWizard & Sean Da Firzt, DaBaby talks about a "new lawsuit" that came in on a Wednesday and boasted about the pistol he carries with him. He doesn't name any names on the song, but fans are convinced it's a warning for Bills.

"I got that rod in my hand and I'm itchin'/N***a f**k wit' me wrong, I'ma use it," DaBaby spits.

“He was gangsta before, now you suin’ me, huh?" DaBaby raps in the chorus. "That tough s**t, he don’t wanna do it no more/Out the spot, ain’t want nothing to do with the whore/Before I walk out the house, tuck my toolie before.”

The song arrived a couple of days after Bills reportedly demanded $4 million in damages after the "NAN" rapper allegedly threw the first punch during a brawl they got into at a bowling alley in Los Angeles in 2022. According to In Touch Weekly, Bills told a court in South California that he deserves $2 million in general damages and another $2 million in special damages due to the severe injuries, psychological damage and medical bills he suffered from.

The Los Angeles Police Department reportedly investigated the incident and wanted to charge DaBaby with assault with a deadly weapon. They believe the "Suge" rapper started the fight and kicked Bills in the head while he was on the floor. The 32-year-old has maintained his innocence and claimed his actions were self-defense.

Bills previously had trouble serving DaBaby his lawsuit since last July. He reportedly hired a private investigator to serve the rapper with the lawsuit at two different addresses in California and his home state of North Carolina. Unfortunately for Bills, both attempts failed. A judge recently approved Bills' request to publish an advertisement in a newspaper as an alternative to serving DaBaby with the legal paperwork.
